Sanitary Sewer Work
Starting on Tuesday, September 4 and
extending through Thursday, September 6, the underground contractor will be replacing a section of sanitary
sewer main in the east half of the intersection of Park and Fairview. The detour route pictured below will be implemented on these days with the detour anticipated to
be knocked down, and intersection restored to its current traffic control state
(all movements permitted except southbound Park) at the end of the working day
on Thursday, September 6.
Water Main Work
Starting on Monday, September 10 and extending
through Friday, September 14, the underground contractor will be replacing the water main within
the intersection of Park and Fairview.
This work will require implementation of the same detour route with some
additional daytime modifications as the contractor digs across the various legs
of the intersection. It is anticipated that the detour will be
knocked down, and intersection restored to its current traffic control state
(all movements permitted except southbound Park) at the end of the working day
on Friday, September 14.
Please understand that the above dates are
subject to change due to weather delays and/or construction conflicts. The detour route may also be modified during construction to allow for the work to be safely performed.
